I went to Sami for a makeup class & tutorial and I had a wonderful time. I learned so much!I am a dark African American woman and at first I was nervous about her teaching me anything to do with makeup for my skin tone but she was great! I feel like she saw the beauty in my skin and looked for ways to highlight the natural features I have. She really helped me feel less overwhelmed and intimidated by the thought of doing my makeup. Her space is also so welcoming and I absolutely loved her dog!

Thanks to later in life Rosacea, I've been having problems finding a makeup routine that worked for me. I haven't found anything that didn't make my skin turn red or break out. Sami turned me on to products that looked good and did not irritate my face. After my appointment I did not experience any of the side effects I normally would. She also sent me a listing of what she used so I could easily get these products for myself. It was a fantastic experience. I have had all sorts of mixed experiences with various dermatology and makeup services. Sami is one of the few that gave me advice that is actually working!
